Hi everyone.
I just noticed that one of my convicts has a blue anal fin. Is this normal. He also has orange on his stomach.

I think that may be a She- from what I know, the females are more colourful, and have red and orange patches on their stomach and sides.

Yep blue fins are normal. And indeed an orange belly means your 'he' is actually a 'she'!
