cool fish, no info

I can't seem to find the correct thread but someone posted the same pics earlier this week on another forum and everyone thought it was a Chaca Chaca but it was in fact a differen't cat. It's not any of the ones posted in this thread though.
 
Maybe not Chaca chaca but some time of Frogmouth catfish I believe just my two cents

its not a bummble bee cat! look at the mouth and fins. also the fish was 4" and still small. bumblebees top out at 3-5 inches. the bublebee has plain orange and black lines. this fish has a pure gold and and black bloch pattern
