Copelandi Tetra

Does anyone have any info on this tetra? My LFS has a bunch of them for not very expensive. I'd never seen them before and they look very similar to serpaes, but are supposedly very docile. My tank is 40g planted and has 5 ottos, 16 dwarf cories, amano and red cherry shrimp. I also have two remaining harlequin rasboras. Had a major weird die-off within one day despite normal readings and all other fish fine. I initially planned to have a large school of these, but then realized that all of my fish were silver and black

Do they have extended fins like the one in this pic?

I'm not familiar with them either but I think they are closely ralated to Lemon Tetras.

They are peaceful, and have about the same size, shape and personality as the Black Phantom tetra.
