Copepod or Springtail culturing and selling

Anyone culture any of these little creatures? Picked up some hitch hikers a couple years back in an old aquarium. I would like to add some to the top water plants in my current aquarium for my fish to feed on. Any information on where to find them or how to culture would be helpful, or maybe even a place that sells these.

I'm in the market for them too, but would like to buy local (I'm in Michigan). I guess I could just fill a jar at a local lake...
