Hi,

Nano is a single celled algae... Its used to feed rotifers, which is a small animal that we use to feed Clownfish larvae and other marine animal's larvae.

Alot of invertabrates cant regurgitate, so if they eat too much the food starts to decompose before it gets digested, hence why its not good to over feed anemones. Also the more you feed it proteins the faster they grow.
