Coral ID help

From the skeleton, I'm guessing it's a type of flowerpot. It looks bleached, which isn't good...There are two families of corals called flowerpots, and I can't find much to help distinguish the two reliably. Here's some info:
http://www.reefsource.com/Species Database/flowerpot.htm

Flowerpots of the Goniopora spp are very hard to maintain long term. Those of the Alveopora spp are hardier, but less often seen. I would guess that's a goniopora. There are rumors of a method to reverse the damage, but I haven't found it in any literature. Maybe someone else has some idea?

I'd guess alveopora from the number of tentacles on the polyps, but there's not much you can do for it at this point. Feed it frequently and hope for the best.

thanks for the info. I hope it pulls through but i have not been filled with confidence. However the coral does look a lot better than what it does in the above picture. Ill post another picture when i get my camera back hpoefully tommorow.

btw what would you recomend i feed it. I have been just using unfilterd NSW which already has heaps of plankton in if for water changes every two days. All my feather duster worms are doing great on the stuff.
