Is there a website where I can research the various sessile inverts for a reef tank?

I'd like to see a picture, the care requirements, and something about the growth rate, aggressiveness, and any other unique things about the organisms (like aggressiveness, slime production, toxicity).

I am not familiar with a website that is that comprehensive--at least not in terms of aquaria. Charlie Veron's site at the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) is about the best there is on the web, academically speaking (CoralSearch). The best info will come from books, like the aforementioned author's, as well as Eric Borneman's works. Those two combined will give you the best of both worlds--aquaria-related and scientific.
