Cories and eco-complete?

Hi all,

I did a search but didn't see this particular question answered, so I thought I'd ask: Is eco-complete safe with cories? I've thought of using that as the substrate for my new 20-long, but I don't want the cories injuring their barbels.

If the substrate has rough edges, I'd forget about using it.

There's the rub: I don't know if eco-complete does or not.

Ecco is like sand, it won't harm their barbels and if they eat it it will pass right through

I have cories on eco and sms, their barbels look great and they love burrowing around in it.

Just don't get the "flora" kind, it has sharp edges. Get the regular eco-complete.
