Nope. No missing fry! The cories won't bother them. A lot of people keep some type of cory in their fry tanks to help clean up the food.

Unless you have a super giant cory, then no. They won't even fit in the cory's mouths!

Our guppy fries have been kept with either False Julli or Albino Aeneus.
Most of the time, we had 100+ fries. Cory might eat some by accident but never chase them. Most of our fries are safe and # of fries is consistent. (I cannot count exact # though)
