Cory rolled over on me and died

I would change more then 20%. I would do a 50% and test again.
 
So my angel has bloating and ammonia and nitrite is .50ppm my qt is about 2 gallons and is 3 inches tall. I am performing a water change but should I qt him or try to 0 the ammonia and nitrite?
