when i bought my corydoras, they all had ragged fins, not fin rot, but almost like they were ripped. I have attempted to take good care of them and in the process there fins have began to grow back. The new fin seems to be clear where as the old is black. They are panda corys. Does this sound normal? they are nowhere near as ragged as when i bought them.
