You think a krib would be able to scare a corycat off?
Not if it's a fat cow cory raised by me! Lol he's crazy he swims right in the school of the Mother krib and her fry and eats their food. He really just kinds of plops on them as they scatter for their lives. Theres also an albino one I have that does the same. The mother krib used to chase them away but after a few wks the cories have learned that she's all bark. She pushes them off her babies but they have their way. Lol just look at him he's fat and happy and couldn't care less!

How cute are they!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In this case, cories win over loaches for being cute and friendly. Knowing loaches, most will scoff the fry quickly.

Lol, you and your loaches lupin. if cories got big like clown loaches I'm sure you'd be on the cory wagon!

But yea most loaches would be munching on fry like skittles. I did have to take that cory out, he figured out the fry got fed 2-3 times a day and began hanging out all the time. I had to remove 3 fat cories, most of the other juvies stay away from the fry. I sent them to the jenny craig 20long tank.

Cories are pigs!!!

every time i see your kirbs and their fry i want them more!

Like I said I'll send you some if you want! lol, nah cories will leave fry alone after they get a certain size. They would slurp up no moving new borns, but both parents gaurded the fry until about the 2wk age. Now it's only the female and she has her hands full. Yeah cories are pigs, they'll risk bodily harm just for some flakes.
