Corydoras Axelrodi

I am going to have to sell all of my cories and all of the plants in the tank, it seems.

I was up to my maximum point of eight tanks earlier this month, and I've decided to bring it down to three: My 55gal Amazon tank, my 20H SPS/softie reef, and my 10g fig8 puffer tank.

These guys will probably go to the lfs for cash/credit, and I won't be back in the corydoras game until I get an apartment I can lease myself.

I'm definitely getting back into Paleatus when that happens, though. Nothing like 150 eggs in one spawn.

I hate to get rid of my guppies, convicts, mosquitofish, bridgesii snails, hillstream loaches, bamboo and amano shrimp, and cories, but I have to move in July.

Godspeed, my progeny.

Do you have room in your amazon tank for some of your best-liked cories? It might be nice to keep the spawning axelrodi's with you :)

I'm in the process of getting all of the non-amazonian species out of my 'amazon' tank... there are a few zebra and kubotai loaches left in there until I can claim biotope status.
I can't put the cories in until I've removed the loaches, as the loaches will brutally attack the female cory's vents while they reproduce, to the point of completely consuming their pelvic fins.
Then, I think I'm going to keep all of my sterbais, but not the axelrodis. I've owned the sterbais longer, and I can't have too many bottom feeders, as I'm trying to encourage my pair of Satanoperca Leucosticta to breed.
