Im thinking of getting either corys, Clown loaches, or some type of shark either red tailed or bala some kinda of schooling fish open to sugeestions, Out of these which are the easiest to keep( friendliest) and grow to a relatively small size. Also can these be kept with some kind of algae eating fish IE SAE.

well, clown loaches are automatically out since they reach an adult size of 12" and should be kept in groups of 5 or more. as far as sharks and cories it depends upon your tank size, but balas can grow to 14" and should also be kept in schools, not alone. they are inappropriate for most tanks. red tail sharks on the other hand only gtow to about 6 inches, but can become territorial and aggressive towards fish that enter their "space", especially other sharks.

cories would be the best bet, though how many depends on what else you have, and your tank size.

:iagree: Clown loaches and sharks are probably not an option

A tank size and "planned" stock would help though.
