alright got maracyn 1 and 2 today.. petco got them overpriced ($8 for pack of 8) but w/e..
maracyn --- 1-packets per 10g (i will lower my water level down 10 g to make it 20g) for full 5 days
Maracyn-two --- 2-packets 1st day per 10g and 1 packet after that for 5 days

So all i gata do is pay attention to my water parameters during treatment and only do the water change after the full treatment is completed??

update

after 2 days of treatment with maracyn/maracyn-two, the fish are a bit more active now, no more resting on the ground barely moving.. Did some more research and found that this columnaris disease is very common with mollies and another name for it is black molly disease.. Now i just have to watch their mouths, since most of them have the white lips/cotton mouth associated with the infection..

The tank temp right now is 77.5F, water level is 2/3 of the tank (dont have enough meds to treat 29g), keeping a close eye on water parameters and am feeing a bit less since they say that with most antibiotic treatments it will cause the fish to poop more.

Update
4 days of treatment and things are really improving, this maracyn/maracyn-two is really helping, all the fish are back to being active and the cotton mouth is gone. Tomorrow is the last day of treatment, cant wait to get the tank back up to normal. Heres what it looks like at the moment.. a MESS
