Could it be - Hole in the Head?

Hi all can i just ask something, does the following pictures look like a start to hole in the head? (not the best pictures) Theres like a 1mm mark on his forehead. I havent noticed it until my brother said it had a circle mark indentation on his head. So i was just wondering if it is a start to HITH, so i could cure it some how immediately. My brother also said it has had that mark since we got him which was like 2 weeks ago.

If it is how do i cure it? My other fishes all seem fine. Water parameters are all zero except for nitrates 10ppm.

Hi,

It is kind of hard to tell from the photos. What are you water parameters, size of tank and what else is in the tank with it.

the water parameters are on the 1st post - All Zero except for Nitrate - 10ppm. Tank size 5ft. i have a 7" silver arowana, 2 Small silver sharks, 1 electric yellow cichlid, gouramis - gold. leopard pleco.

It looks like a like thin hole kindof thing

COuld be from fighting... one of my discus had a nasty hole right in the middle of his head, but i'm pretty sure it was from fighting as it's long been cured.
