I agree with Nursie in post #3. The two times I had to go to court I wore my suit and put on the perfect stereotypical conservative image (of course that is my image so it is easy). Also bring your manners.
1. Cop was a no show on one due to the fact he got called as a witness in a criminal trial. This allows them to reschedule the case since is not just the officer not showing. The Judge told me it was nice to see someone show up in traffic court in a suit other than the lawyers and let me off.
2. Court cost and Deferred Adjudication. ($50 dollar court fee and if I got no ticket in the next 6 months the record was dropped.)

I just bought my daughter a mint in box Care Bear house off ebay for X-Mas. She will be thrilled. Original from the 80's.....parts still wrapped in plastic...stickers still on the sheet, not put on..what a find!!! :dance:
