CP terraium - Plants only

to feel smarter!:duh:

LOL yeah I guess but still if it was explained in the original post he would of still sounded smart. Saying Ping just makes me think of Lethal Weapon 4. Ping being the lil kid on the movie.

LOL. Looks like Pappy's been doing some reading!

I've been doing a bit of reading of my own the last couple of weeks, and I've decided to try a mild organic fertilizer on the neps. After reading nearly every thread on the subject at TF, and learning waaaaay more than I ever wanted to know about fertilizers in general; I decided I had to give it a shot.

So I'm starting off slow with a 5/1/1 (n/p/k) mix of fish emulsion. Which smells just as bad as it sounds like it would. I'll be giving it once per month at least at first. Should be fun to see what happens. I'm hoping that it speeds up the growth of the ceph a little bit. I can't wait 'til that guy gets bigger! I'm glad you guys are keeping this thread alive.

Here's a coule pics just for the heck of it:

Great looking plants as usual brad.. Also in your research did you come across the 30/10/10 orchid fert that people say works great at half strength.. any opinions?

Im curious. Do the pitcher plants have the ability to close there pitchers once theyve opened up??? I was wondering cuz I was thinking if it were to rain there pitchers would fill up with water.
