CP terrarium thread, continued

ahhh... little bugs... got it. Thanks for the link, Pappydew!

Ya, little tiny bugs. I started a small colony a little over a year ago. They are in my 3 gecko tanks and in with all of my plants. Good little cleanup crew.

SPeaking of cleanup crew (sarcastic) we found a lot of junebug grubs in some Okee minor seedling pots. Needless to say, we held no quarter for them. The large ones were Nep food. I enjoyed a nice game of Hungry Hungry Flytraps with the smaller ones. The grubs lost.
LOL

O good news, one of the two S. oreophila x leucophylla put up a pitcher last week. Its about a 7-9" pitcher too. The S. alata x minor is putting up its second pitcher.

Excellent news! Wait until the oreo x leuco flowers, you'll love it. Hopefully we've ancountered the last of the junebugs. If not, more slow, painful deaths to them.

My dad just started a bog garden in our front yard. So far it has S. flava ornata, S alabamensis ssp. wherryi, S. leucophylla, 2 S. purpurea, a few Calopogon orchids, bog button, orange milkweed, and D. filiformis. S. psittacina and jonesii will be added soon. It looks pretty good so far.

Also just got some plugs of U. livida and graminifolia in the mail today. This should be interesting.
