Crab Cuisine

Maybe I am having a slow day....but can someone explain this ad that I read in a magazine? Why is crab cuisine more fresh when used with hermits vs not hermit crabs? It doesn't make sense to me. Do hermit crabs have rubbermaid containers in their shells or something? :grinyes:

I think (although not sure) is that they are referring to the food being in water versus not being in water.

That would make sense! Guess I am just too used to my SW hermits which are always underwater!
