CRAP VACATION NEWT

i dont know. i dont have any heaters, the water in my tanks stay at 76-78f at all times. so would thatbe considered cold?

no, i think thats too hot, actually. 58-68 °F. higher than 74 will stress it out. it seems like you really like it, id find it a cooler room

oh man thats a problem. i have one tof the coolest rooms in the house fan is always on. i keep my tanks at room temp we keep room temp at 76, i think. i go by the temp of my 55 gal and the thermometer says 78 although it is the kind that is like a sticker and goes on the outside of the glass. now i like to put my hands in the tanks alot and they feel alot colder then that so im not sure if its reliable or not. um, crap im at a loss of words. what should i do hes been acting what i assume is normal. he swims when he wants he climbs he basks in the lights and just does his own thing he about the size of my pinkie finger. uh he ate a fry and thats about it. ive had about three days and havnt noticed any problems he did shed his skin yesterday. the tank is half water half land. um what should i do about the temp though but these are the conditions he is curently living under

ok could i use a chiller? i dont know much about these or if there expensive but would that work?
