Could someone suggest a cray that gets no bigger than 5", that isn't going to eat the fish in the tank, & won't eat the plants? We've got Dwarf Crays already, but the wife is looking for something a little bigger for her 40 Long.

A ceramic one. I sure don't know of any crays that'll leave fish and plants alone. I've got all mine set up in tanks with fish in them but not fish I'm willing to lose.
Hahahaha! The tank is currently setup with Congos and 2 angels. Guess we'll have to stick to Dwarfs then.
Have you considered atyid (filter) shrimp? They're big and chunky like crays, but more fish friendly.
