Crayfish breeding habits?

my crayfish had her first batch of eggs over Christmas and hatched in january 36 days after i noticed she was berried. 4-5 months later she was carrying her second batch of eggs hatched after about 45-50 days. 1 week after they hatched, (yesterday) i checked on her in her cave and she is berried again with her 3rd batch.

my question is how often do red claw crayfish mate ? as its was 4-5 months between the 1st and second batch and only 1 week between the second hatched and the 3rd lot of eggs shes carrying.

are you sure you have a male and a female? and are they sexualy mature yet?
how big are they?

not sure if all crays are alike but my dwarf cray gets berried atleast 2x a month. 2x since once she gets berried she carries them for 2 weeks or so and either the eggs along the way or actually has them fully mature to be ready to set free. I guess it all depends on the males/female mood on breeding.

yes i know AGAIN lol......

the first lot all gone to good homes (hopfully)
the second lot not big enough yet but have a waiting list for them.
now a third lot.......hmmmmmm lobster thermador (sp) i think this time rofl.
