Shouldnt be to hard, its just like a continous siphon overflow. Sealed passage way from one tank to another, and evacuate all the air from in. Pumping water through a seperate line frome on tank to the other will make it then flow through the overflow to balance back out. The trick is in building something clear and water tight.

Dont forget you have to clean all that... lol

What I meant to say was like in a continous siphon overflow box (the HOB style). You have a tube of sorts that flows over the rim of the tank to a small holding chamber on the other side. Just make the holding chamber as big as a tank and make the overflow tube 30 feet long!

I've thought about doing something like the one where all of the globes are connected but on a much smaller scale. I've just never gotten the idea off the ground.
