Crowntail betta

I would like to get a crowntail betta for my 1 gallon tank. I will put a silk plant in there with him because I found out that plastic plants rip at their fins. I wanted to know(because I've never had THAT kind of betta before.) if they had anyother requirements other than the regular betta? i want to take the best care possible of my betta. TIA!!!

I'll be the first to suggest a slightly larger tank. Not that I think it is large enough, but does the 1 gallon even have any filtration or heat?

A heater would be good. Optimum temperature is mid to high 70s.

Some java moss, hornwort, or something like that floating might be good too.
