cruelty charges for killing fish?

I see a difference in feeding a fish to another fish(or any animal) and simply killing it because you dont like the person who owns it. I'd rather see a $1000 prize winning fish used as a feeder, than a .$10 goldie killed for the sake of killing.

same here. I never just kill an animal. if I find a roach or a spider wandering around the house, I feed it to my toad or my fish if its small enough.
