Cryptoheros nanoluteus

I keep them at 80 but i removed a lot of drift wood and now they have extra room to move around i will see how that works.. I had way too much wood in that tank..

I had way to much wood in my pleco tank so I removed allot now I think I don't got enough. I'm never satisfied. Hope they like there more roomy homes now. Mine are holding at 72 without a heater. Think I should bump the temp up?

My HRP are outside and when it was colder their temp was right at 70 they should be fine but initially you may want to bump it or when its warmer in your area does it get higher temp inside..

Yea. When it hit about 90-100+ degrees outside the tanks get to about 80-85 seen it once at 87. I'm planning on getting an AC unit installed for my room. Since I work nights and sleep in the day it becomes difficult to sleep in the 90 degree weather. I wanna make sure to get a big unit that way it wont take much to cool my room since I only want it running when I'm there and only when the temp becomes to over whelming for me.

Some of those newer portable units where you run one of those vent hose outside, they put out some cool air and are really nice..

There to bulky. We had one in my sisters room and lil bro's room and they took to much space and had to sit pretty far away from the wall by the window due to the hose. Can't have it on my front window and if placed on my side window I can't get into my closet. Was gonna go that route about 3-4 years ago but after seeing them I opted not to. Now that I got a bit of cash I would just rather have one installed professionally where it will be out of the way.

Cool yeah i am more used to the window units for extra air..

Yeah they are doing nicely right now man i am stoked to see what they will look like when their grown.. I almost bought a nice group of Keyhole cichlids today..
