Custom built aquariums

Go to http://www.garf.org/ and look at the files on the left there is a DIY folder and in that is tank build. put in your desired diemntions and it will tell you sizes, and thickness of the glass. If you brought that to a glass shop they should be able to quote you a price.

Wellp just found out there is not glass shops in houston :/ Oh vey. Anyhow any other good sites that build your aquariums out of glass and send it to you?

I live right by Lone Star Glass, corner of Bissonett and Auden. They do custom glass fabrication, and are very nice. Never used em for a tank, dont have the $$, but Im sure theyd work with you.

I also found some in the yellow pages... how were you looking for glass places? (You do mean houston, texas right?)

Houston texas and I already called them and they say they would only cut the glass for me, but not glue it together.

Hmm, would you be able to silicone it together yourself? I believe (not sure on this) that youd only need silicone, tape, and some kind of clamps that you may be able to rent....
