I did everything that was said. I am currently running two filters and I have about 10 plants and my driftwood in the tank. At first my tank was cloudy due to the eco, then it cleared last night. When I woke up this morning, it was cloudy or murky again (not sure if from eco). What causes this and is it normal?

Should I do a 25% water change? And should I being doing WCs everyday since I do have fish in there?
Also I read that if it is a bacteria bloom (which it probably is) could deprive the fish of oxygen. Should I run an air pump?
A bacterial bloom is white. I have had one and I did a 50% water change. It went away as quickly as it appeared. I don't know why I did a water change it just seemed like the right thing to do.
