Okay.. I tested my water tonight.. And well:

Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 20
Hardness - 75(soft)
pH - 120
KH - 7.2

It's done, right?

I did the whole 1 capful of ammonia, then when that read 0, I did half of that.. And now I have those readings..

Anyway.. I should still buy a heater before I get my fish, right? So if I bought both tomorrow it'd be okay? My water right now is between 78-80.. And I've been waiting to get fish.. So since I can, when I cash my check tomorrow, I'll be getting them..

i would say how long have you been cycling?
i would say your nitrates are good but could go down more.
i would say it should be okay to get a heater with your fish just as long as you monitor the temp.
i would say what type of fish you plan on getting?
how many fish?
i would say add fish slowly to take, you building up your stock so that you dont wreck havick on you bioload.
i would say watch for little mini cycles when you add fish.

My aunt has a 10 gallon and she has two fully grown in there. And I can always buy a bigger tank later, no?
