I wouldn't go any bigger than a 29G with just that light.. I would though get a custom tank that is 2x as deep, drilled for a sump, and just get second 4x24w for that tank. 
Really, that was kind of how my thought process went.. I had a 29G since 1994, in 2008 I finally decided to go bigger (well, I had other tanks like 55/60G but my 29G was always my main tank). I liked the 30" width of the 29G, but I wanted taller and deeper, so instead of a standard 29G=30"x12"x18" I went with a 75G that came out to 30"x24"x24". I kept my old 29G setup in my bedroom and still use 6x T5HOs on that tank just for softies.. 4 out of the 6 bulbs are actinics though.

aah i want a custom cube bad. i need to make income first though20x20x20 would be slick.
i found a place i can get glass pretty cheap. so i may be building glass tanks soon. keep me in mind.
