Mine came from AB, but I found several males and even a couple females at a LFS also. msjinkzd on here lists them and I know Frank from franksaquarium.com also carries them from time to time (but only males apparently).

I'm thinking of just doing a dario dario tank. Should I move my other fish to the new 29g and keep the dario dario in the 10g? No I don't have the dario dario already. How many could I keep together?
I had about 6 in a 10g. I fed frozen brine shrimp and they ate them up. I got mine.from msjinkzd also. I loved loved them and will have another set up soon! I was told to keep them only with very calm fish, so I chose to keep them alone and they stayed out for me to lookat all the time. I really wish I had room for another set up just for a tank full of them!!
