Form a corporation, someone has to be president/ceo.

In any case, this forum has always had the attitude of not taking action due to what happens on another site; however, we do notice such things, keep track of them, and observe suspected individuals in case they attempt to pull a similar scam here.

Yes, but you have to make a certain amount of money before a city will approve you to get a corporation business license. It also costs ALOT of money for a Corp. License.

Not as much money as you think. My business is a corporation. Forming it isnt all that expensive at all, they kill you with taxes though. LLCs are better for small businesses, but those are relatively new.

It's different up here then, you have to make a certain amount of money to warrant a corporation license up here. It's also more money for the license and liability insurance. Like into the thousands.

Here its a $1000 incorporation fee and thats it, not much money at all.

Heres the cost to incorporate in Quebec.

Government Incorporation Fees. Quebec companies have a government incorporation fee of $300. Named companies also require an additional search report at a cost of $50.

Plus taxes (GST and QTS) of course.

Not bad. Pretty cheap if you ask me.
