Dead plant slime

I recently planted several stems of wisteria in my 10g tank. Apparently, the wisteria didn't like it's new home and all of the leaves disintegrated into my tank. I've gotten rid of most of the debris and cleaned the walls, but there is still a good bit of "slime" on my other plants (bronze crypt, java fern, anubias, etc.) I've done several water changes since, and I dose 1mg excel daily and 1mg flourish 2x a week. The wisteria seems to be coming back. LOTS of roots and some new leaf growth. Should I do anything about the slimyness, or will it go away on its own?

Is it decay slime or algae? If it's decay slime then you'll want to remove any dead or dying plants. If it's algae slime don't worry too much about it.

I think decay slime. The wisteria leaves fell apart when I first put it in the tank, but the stems and roots seem to be fine now. I've tried to get all of the rotten pieces out, but there's still a film on the other plants/decor.
