Agree with Pete...I would be offering something on the order of $300 or so for that setup. Let it sit a week or two and then send the guy an email as he will probably still have it.
That's ridiculous for a used fish tank. Any time they start listing fish nets and gang valves as part of the deal, you know they're trying too hard to justify an outlandish price.
