My goldfish tank doesn't blend in together; it's like when you paint a portrait and all of the facial features and skin clours look like they are seperate things. That's what my tank looks like! I have tried to decorate it many a times, but it just dosen't work! It is oly a small tank, a little under 10galls with 2 3 inch goldies. I want a simple, tidy look rhat isn't too bare. Not really modern, while not too nartual. A bit of both. Any ideas?

What do you have for deco right now? Think you could post a pic of what you've got? That would be a huge help, IMO

My tank has about 3 inches of natural coloured gravel, 2 plants in black criss-cross pots that are not buried and some pretty clear aqua colour pebbles. By the way, i don't think i can print a pic. sorry!

how about taking the fish out this will give the tank a modern look

or make it look like this

10 gallons for two 3" goldfish? You do realise that they will get really large and need a lot of filtration, right?

I just rescued a foot long goldfish from a family that wanted to keep it with a similarly sized plec in a 10 gallon tank.

What about rasboras or something that schools well, but does't get too big?

i know that the tank is too small, but what can i do? i don't know anybody who would be willing to give them a loving home. I'm just gonna have to keep them in the tank and get a bigger one when they grow. I know that i would really like to get a betta for my tank when the other two are moved (which should be sometime in the future.)
