Very freaky, now you know where they got the idea for Aliens. I have seen some of those critters pics before, when looking up stuff with my son whom I am homeschooling.

I must disagree. With proper seasoning, they all would be quite tasty!! :dance I wouldn't want to catch some of them though!!

A Monkfish is so ugly, very few fish stores will put the actual fish in the display but it's GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!

Too bad we don't keep threads for 6 months... these exact pictures (and I think the same website!) were posted a while back, like maybe October or November? by someone... with, obviously, no mention of the tsunami...

Nevertheless, very creep creatures, very real, just not victims of the tsunami... especially if you consider that people who were deep sea diving didn't get tossed ashore, they actually came to the surface and had no idea what had happened -- these creatures live much much deeper than the deep sea divers!
