Anyone have a suggestion of how I can convert this Del-Rey 125 wet/dry filter into a reef sump? Or, is there any point in trying? Should I just sell it and get a 20 gallon long tank and build a sump?

From what i can see of them, i would no bother...I would go for an old ( but sealed lol ) aqaurium for the sump.
Yeah, That's what I was thinking too. Now I need to find some kind of diagram as to how to baffle it. Think a 20 gallon would be big enough for a 90 gallon tank? Thanks Niko. You the man! 
Well, Niko, I ordered the 20 long today. Also have a couple of friends coming over this week-end to move the organ to storage for me so I can get the area ready for the new 90 display tank. WOW!!! I may even be getting close to setting up the big tank. I'm going to have the 90 tank drilled for overflow and return lines. I think 1-1/2" overflow line should be good and a couple of 3/4" lines for returns. I've got to get baffle glass cut.
