Demasoni fry... Help
I noticed a tiny Demasoni fry making its way across my 20g tank this morning. The female must have spit the fry yesterday. My heater went berserk and the water temp was above 100 degrees. I can only imagine this stressed her.
I quickly placed it in the breeders net before an opportunist Yellow Lab had its breakfast. I noticed another fry stragetically placing itself between a crack in two pieces of slate.
I've never raised fry before so any advice would be much approciated. Should I keep the one fry in the breeders net? Should I attempt to catch the other and place it in the net or leave it in with the rest of the fish (demasoni and yellow labs)? Any suggestions on how I lure th fry out of the slate? I was thinking of using the syphan but didn't want to injure it. Any particular foods?
Thanks in advance for the help.
