Well yea lol. I was looking at some pics of my JD's and noticed how there eyes are set compared to how yours was then I tripped out cuz Oscars eyes are never flush inside there head.
It's good to see your fish is doing better. If you ever come accross this again the first thing to do is a 50% water change. Pop eye is not an illness rather it is a symtom of an underlying issue. It can be brought about by poor water quality or an internal bacterial infection. To releave the pressure/fulid build up behind the eyes you can do an Epsom salt bath. Desolve 1 table spoon per 5 gals of water and put the fish in for 15 to 20 mins. If battling a bacterial infection a broad spectrum antibiotic should be used which is effective against both gram positive and gram negative baterium.
