Detreitis

Ditreitis

what is the best way to remove circulating debris in a 100 g tank. (detreitis) too much organic matter & fish waste in tank .( should I get an overflow with a prefilter pad . The tank has a fluval 403 & a rena ps2 & an undergravel .the rena feeds a 10 g refugium

You may need more circulation near bottom to "push" junk to top where it can be filtered out.

ive got circulation that creates a foodstorm when fed ,also creates the detrius storm .I can only vaccuum some areas of the tank is why I was asking about an overflow box.It seems alot of the fish waste & plant debris is missing the filter intakes ,so more is being created than being removed.Theres always some particulate in the tank & the fish are cotinualy being anoyed by what seems like food .they are grabbing garbbage from the tank for like the umpteenth time like *nope not food again & so on 7 so forth * in a continual cycle of psych

yes I tried turning down the spraybar for a spell but had no effect , it seems I have fish waste & organics from say camboba & such ,I am going to try some stump remover type of bio-cleanup recomended from lfs(organic waste digester) & I reluctantly put in a powerhead with a sponge into the display tank wich I hate doing considering i have 2 large canister filters & a refugium.I'm actualy considering an overflow box like saltwater setups with a prefilter . the box would have a surface skimming comb intake where I can lay removable floss .think it would need yet another stronger pump.then ide have unused canisters, will it ever end :)
