Diftwood - is it safe to put in?

Does your pet store carry any other kinds of driftwood? Most fish stores should have pre-treated driftwood for fish aquariums that you can just soak for a day or so and then pop in.

What is a good plant for a 10g that require NO/little work?
Java fern, bacopa, and milfoil (foxtail) are all pretty hardy plants, just make sure if you go with java fern not to bury its roots- you want to use a rubber band or thread to gently attach it to driftwood or something similar, and then after a while it will take hold on it's own and you can remove the string.
