Oh yes, for now she could be in something much smaller. If you do keep her in the big one, just add lots of branches and brush piles and caves and hidey holes for her, to make sure she feels secure. Once she gets to be 5ft long, she is going to need that larger tank.
another option is to use a sheet. put the sheet (cut to appropriate size) in the feeder box. put the snake and feeder in and close the top leaving the ends of the sheet sticking slightly out of the box. to put her back: open lid, close sheet and lift. carry that to the viv and let it open... works well with angry nippers too. and like kyryah said don't use that larger tank for fishies unless you can get another one... she'll need it one day!
