they really shouldn't, and i have heard of them doing so but i guess they could if they wanted to. i would just raise them up in a little 20L or something untill they get big enough
I read that you can make fry food out of boiled egg yolk, and smear that on the side of the tank, which the fry will eat off of. It gets messy fast, so be prepared for more frequent PWCs. Of course, by Darwin's law, you'll raise discus that are prone to eat their fry. Give the parents a few more tries, they mey eventually learn to not eat the fry.
Try to keep the area around the tank as stress and traffic free as possible. Stress will generally lead to baby munching. And discus don't like heavy foot traffic around their tanks.

Was this their their first spawn? Not unusual for them to eat the first hatch. I agree with kmail, keep them as stress free as possible. Keep them with the parents if at all possible. Discus fry eat the parents slime coat. Trying to duplicate this is not easy.
Also you might try feeding the mom a bit more, so she is not hungry. I also would sugest keeping them with the mom. good luck and please show us pictures
