Discus Question....

I have 2 young Discus who have paired off. The female is a Pigeon Blood and the male is a Red Turquiose. They have spawned once, unsuccessfully, but my question is, will the fry be Red Turks, Pigeon Blood, a mixture of the two, or, as my Angels were, some like mum and some like dad?

that might be a bit difficult to tell. some dominant characterisitcs will prevail in some cases.

it would be interesting to see tho.

on my angels there are some recessive traits(pearlscale) that have appeared randomly.
the pair is a marble Koi pearlscale(female) and a sunset koi (Male)
the males have all been sunset koi with varying degrees of Orange. the females have all been marbel Koi with varying degrees of orange.. the recessive pearlscale has appeared rarely and it has been on a sunset male.
