What's these guys go for?
They are very expensive just the shipping alone for 20 boxes cost me over $1000.00 Fish were $95.00 each X 10 per box

I think the reason cutting fish in half may not be popular with some is the ewww factor. But, it really is no different that cutting meat for a meal or cleaning fish. If the fish arrives dead there should be no emotional attachment to it. I personally think it is a wonderful way to prove the fish is dead, and that there really isn't any other way to assure the fish is dead. Even with running a toothpick through it as someone suggested, a fish can still live through that.
To solve the eww factor of it, perhaps instead of posting that up, inform the buyer at the time of sale that this is what you do in the event of a doa or whatever time limit you give on a gurantee. Someone that spends that much money on a fish should really have no problem with doing the requirement for a replacement IMO.

LOL! Yup, the ewwwww factor....I get it when I cut meat for a meal and I know I could never clean a fish, too much ewwww. I get ewwwww factor putzing around with the thanksgiving turkey. That's a big ewwww. Best if I just pretend that meat grows on trees and in fields and is totally unrelated to animals!

Pops, so those in the pic will run how much each? Could you give a little more info on size, origin, and things like that? I probably can't afford it, but I'm interested in those Yellows, it's my favorite color!
