Disease identification needed

I have a freshwater aquarium with guppies. 45 gallon. I have just noticed that one has whitish coloring film over one eye and also on her gill.. It actually looks like its under the gill. Can someone please tell me what this is and what to treat it with?? TY

this sounds like a fungus. Try some Melafix. Its pretty good all around stuff.
