Disease? (please help me!)

One of my fish has a disease...i think..but i am not sure

It is constantly going to every rock in the tank or even on the gravel and rubbing against it quickly...it also looks liek its almost shaking..but i can not tell!

If this is a disease..what is it called and how can i cure it??

Please help me! I really appreciate it! ThanX :help:

But...I do not see any white spots...just all the rubbing against rocks sideways

They may just not be visible, or they may be in the gills. Usually the constant rubbing on things (called flashing) is a pretty safe bet that it is ich. when you say it looks like it is shaking, is this when it is just upright like normal in the tank, kind of a quick wiggle to it?

Oh..yes it looks like its not swimming normally..it wiggles back and forth very fast compared to teh other fish...then it swims quickly around the tank and rubs itself against anything it can find...rocks, gravel, etc..

Where does it rub it self? Like on the gills or everywhere?

I don't want to kill it by adding too much salt or something though...it is only a baby..i would guess around 2 months old!

It just rubs its whole body- it is VERY tiny since its a baby- it will just go up against a rock on its side and rub that whole side of its body against the rock

what kind of fish are we talking, and what size tank? Just curious
