a 20 gallon tank..its a baby black molly it's tank mates are only 3 other babies a little smaller than her (since she is the biggest baby) and 6 guppy tank mates that I recently added just last night

I have some ICH treatment stuff- but i am still not sure if i should put it in since she is a little baby...i don't want her to die..

Flashing does not necessarily mean ich. It could also be a sign of bad water. Always do a water change before you treat with anything.
