My gold rams bred twice in my ten gallon. Seems like every time its the second day the egg was laid they always end up dissapearing. And how come they turn white. Im not sure if its a male and female. But i know that i have one female. When she lays eggs they both protect it. But somehow the eggs turn white and they dissappear on the second day. All comments and help is appreciated. :rant2:

if they've turned white, they are fungused more than likely. My rams will spawn and after a few days the eggs disappear as well (can't remember what color they are though). They may be infertile fish, male might not be properly fertilizing them, or they may still be learning. make sure the water is clean. If it persists, you might have to move the eggs to a separate container and try to use some type of anti-fungus like methylblu, malachite green or hydrogen peroxide and hatch them yourself. this will take a lot more work on your part though to hatch and raise the fry artificially where the parents will do most of that work for you.
